Divya Bhaskar (literally Charming Sun) is a Gujarati newspaper in GujaratIndia, owned by D B Corp Ltd. It is one of the highest circulation Gujarati dailies, with the most editions in Gujarat.

In 2003, the Bhopal-based Bhaskar Group identified AhmedabadGujarat as the city with highest potential for the fourth launch of Dainik Bhaskar outside Madhya Pradesh (MP). It surveyed 12,00,000 households,[clarification needed] with a team of 1050 surveyors, 64 supervisors, 16 zonal managers and 4 divisional managers.The surveyors were gathered largely through posters at colleges and word-of-mouth publicity, instead of expensive print and TV advertisements. Thepla

Thepla (Gujarati: થેપલા) is a soft Indian flatbread typical of Gujarati cuisine.

Thepla with yoghurt and pickle.

It is typically enjoyed as a breakfast , or can be eaten for snacks. It can also be served as a side dish with a meal, or as a snack in the late afternoon. Thepla can be made with wheat flour, besan (gram flour), methi (fenugreek leaves) and other spices. Thepla can be enjoyed together with dahi (yogurt), red garlic chutney and chhundo (sweet mango pickle).

Khaman-dhokla

Dhokla is a vegetarian culinary dish that is found mainly in the Indian state of Gujarat and parts of adjacent states.[1] It is made with a fermentedbatter derived from lentils like ChickpeaPigeon pea and Urad and rice.[2][3] Dhokla can be eaten for breakfast, as a main course, as a side dish, or as a snack. Dhokla is very similar to Khaman, however Dhokla is made of batter derived from mixture of rice and mixed split lentils like ChickpeaPigeon pea and Urad whereas Khaman is typically made from Chickpeas gram and looks yellow in color. Khaman has become widely popular outside Gujarat but is misunderstood or incorrectly known as Dhokla
